To ensure everyone has the best experience, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines:
1. Membership
Your membership is personal and just for you.
Please check in at reception or through our app when you arrive.
Membership must be active and up to date to access the gym.
2. Payments
Membership fees are paid in advance (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
Payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
Some memberships renew automatically, but you may cancel ahead of your renewal if you prefer.
3. Freezing & Canceling
Need to pause your membership? Just let us know — we’ll do our best to help (e.g., medical reasons or travel).
To cancel, please notify us at least 15 days before your next billing date.
4. Health & Safety
Please make sure you’re in good health before starting any new fitness routine.
You are responsible for your own well-being while using our facilities.
Our team is here to help, but Uruz cannot take responsibility for injuries or accidents.
5. Using the Gym
Wear appropriate workout clothes and clean indoor shoes.
Return equipment after use so everyone can enjoy a tidy space.
Only Uruz coaches may provide personal training inside the gym.
Please follow staff guidance and posted rules.
6. Your Belongings
Lockers are available for your convenience, but please do not leave valuables overnight.
Uruz is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Respect & Community
Be kind and respectful to fellow members and staff.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension of your membership.
8. Classes & Scheduling
Some classes may require booking, as spaces are limited.
Schedules or instructors may occasionally change, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is only used for managing your membership and communication.
We do not share your data with third parties, except if required by law.
10. Updates.
From time to time, we may update these terms. If so, we’ll notify you in advance by email or at the gym.
